Shipping & delivery data: when ordering print books through the platform, we collect a detailed shipping address and city to facilitate delivery.

Browsing & cookies: we collect the minimum technical information needed to serve pages, protect sessions and measure performance, plus your language preference to keep the interface stable.

Rawey is committed to a secure local payment environment. When you use the available payment methods — BaridiMob, CCP postal transfers, or bank transfers — we may ask you to upload proof or a payment receipt to verify the transaction and activate subscriptions or confirm book purchases.

We do not store any confidential card information; receipts are processed and verified manually or through carefully encrypted protection protocols.

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

Operating and developing the Rawey platform and providing services (listening to audiobooks and podcasts, and following courses in the future).

Processing and confirming suitable subscriptions for students and listeners, and facilitating earnings withdrawal for publishers.

All users and publishers may edit their personal data at any time through account settings or the professional interface.

You can at any time request to close your account or permanently delete your data by submitting a request through the built-in support and issue-resolution feature.
