Terms of Service

Account creation: the user agrees to provide true and accurate information at registration (name, phone, email). The user alone is responsible for keeping their account credentials confidential.

Subscription plans & access: the platform offers varied, suitable subscription plans granting students and listeners access to available audio content and podcasts. Use is limited to personal listening and following within the app; reselling content or sharing the account with others is strictly prohibited.

Offline listening: the in-app download feature for listening and reading offline is intended to ease the user experience and in no way implies transfer of ownership of audio or digital files, nor permission to extract them outside the official app environment.

Content intellectual property: the independent publisher or publishing house warrants that all materials uploaded through the professional publisher interface (digital books, audio files, podcasts, or future courses) are fully owned by them or that they hold the official legal rights to distribute and publish them. The publishing party alone bears any legal consequences arising from infringing others’ intellectual property rights.

Receiving submissions: when a publishing house enables the feature to receive author manuscripts through the platform, the relationship and subsequent agreements are governed by each publishing house’s own contracting terms, with no legal liability whatsoever on Rawey for accepting or rejecting works.

Audio-conversion services: where a publisher uses the Rawey team to produce and convert print books into audiobooks, an independent agreement addendum is signed defining the agreed revenue models for both parties, and each party is bound by the limits of its responsibility therein.

Educational content & future courses: when the visual-courses updates launch, content creators are subject to the platform’s approved academic and technical quality standards to benefit from the fair and attractive revenue shares allocated to them.

Local payment methods: subscription purchases or print-book orders are made locally through the approved options: the BaridiMob app, CCP postal transfers, or bank transfers.

Transaction confirmation: the user must upload valid proof of payment (the transfer receipt or a clear screenshot of the BaridiMob transaction). The platform team reserves the right to suspend the account if manipulation or forgery of payment receipts is detected.

Publisher earnings settlement: publishing houses’ and independent publishers’ earnings are calculated accurately and transparently via the dashboard, and the platform commits to transferring dues periodically according to the agreed fair and attractive shares, through the available local payment methods.

When publishing houses or authors sell their books in print through the platform, Rawey ensures secure display and ordering channels are provided.

The buyer is responsible for entering the shipping address and phone number accurately to ensure the shipment arrives via the platform’s delivery teams, its partners, or the publishers.

Breach of terms: Rawey reserves the full right to ban, suspend or cancel the account of any user or publisher proven to have violated the terms, misused the platform, or attempted to pirate its content, while reserving the right to legal prosecution.

Support & complaint handling: in the event of a dispute, technical issue or financial objection, the platform provides a built-in issue-resolution feature for handling complaints and tickets. The user agrees to submit the complaint through this official channel so it can be reviewed and resolved amicably by technical support as quickly as possible.

Rawey holds the right to update or amend these terms of use at any time to keep pace with technical updates (such as the future launch of the courses section) or regulatory changes, and amendments take effect as soon as they are published on this page.
